Tonight I'm making pappardelle with spinach and ricotta. I bastardized a recipe from "Cooking Light." I might have leftovers tomorrow, if it's good.
I like my salads to be more raw-beans-and-peas based than leafy, so I eat the spinach to get to them. I have yet to meet the pea or bean I didn't like.
I just discovered a good diet secret. Buy those bagel "thins" (I think Arnold's makes em. I like the "everything." Use hummus as your glue (instead of mayo) and then turkey, maters, sprouts, whateve. but the hummus and the bagel are sort of substantial. If you don't like that get the Reese's dark chocolate. I keep reading dark chocolate is so good for you. So is wine. cest la vie!
One of my all-time favorite soups is a WW recipe. It's a tomato/spinach/tortellini/garlic thing. Want me to get the recipe from my mom?
ReplyDeleteOf course!
